Jenaly Technology Group Named IT Service Provider of the Year

Portsmouth, NH, August 7, 2008 - Jenaly Technology Group was recognized last evening during the gala awards dinner at CompTIA's Breakaway conference which is taking place at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, FL. Jenaly received the award from The ASCII Group, an industry partner with CompTIA.  CompTIA, the Computing Technology Industry Association is the leading association of the worldwide information technology industry.  The ASCII Group is the oldest and largest group of independent IT service providers.  MJ Shoer, President of Jenaly Technology Group accepted the award on behalf of the company.  The ASCII Group presented the award to Jenaly as "Reseller of the Year", ASCII's designation for member companies that provide outsourced IT services and/or the resale of technology products.

"Accepting this award was both gratifying and humbling and I want to thank our clients and staff for making this possible", said MJ Shoer, President of Jenaly Technology Group.  "I am so proud of our staff for providing exemplary client service and being innovative and professional.  Without that ethic, we could never have achieved this wonderful honor."

Presenting the award, Doug Young, Vice President of Distribution and Membership Programs for The ASCII Group said "M.J. Shoer has been a loyal member of The ASCII Group since 1999.  He is being recognized as this year’s ASCII reseller of the year for his continued demonstration of excellence both to his customers and to the computer industry.  During his tenure as an ASCII member, MJ has supported the organization by participating in ASCII events and by serving on ASCII’s Member Advisory Board.  At the same time has supported the broader industry by serving on CompTIA’s Board of Directors.   He has grown his business at a 20% rate while constantly fine-tuning his business model.  To that end, he has built the managed services component of that business to represent two-thirds of his total business.  He is both a visionary and a doer.  Jenaly Technology Group has also recently become the first company in the country to achieve CompTIA's new Security Trustmark.  It is with great pride we bestow this award to M.J. Shoer and Jenaly Technology Group."
