How do I contact support?
1. Log into your client portal using the button at the top right of every page. Should you forget your password, there is a link to have it resent.
2. Chat Live with an IT Specialist by clicking the button below. If live Chat is offline, you may still click the button to submit a support request form for the next available person.
3. E-mail our ticketing system. Please be sure to put a brief description of your issue in the subject line and a detailed explanation along with your contact information in the message details.
4. Call our support line directly at 603-431-7864. This option is best for emergencies during business hours.
How do I contact emergency after hours support?
Please call our main line at 603-431-7864 and follow the prompts to select extension 301. Our emergency support line is answered by a live person 24 x 7. Please provide the operator with the requested information and the on-call staff member will call you back within 15-30 minutes.
